Bye Bye Allergies. How?
We all need to take a look at our lifestyle and start making the right choices to protect our VITAL ENERGY.
By reducing the chemical load to our bodies, we can give the immune system a chance to strengthen its resistance and help resolve acute issues.
Here are a few oils that are known to help:
-
Tea Tree.
It has a natural component Terpinen-4-ol. It's this natural component that makes it good at reducing infection.
-
Cedarwood
Relieves sinus problems and reduces congestion.
Calms allergic reactions.
-
Lavender
Helps with swelling and swollen sinuses.
Lavender and orange both in prevention and protection. Remember that VITAL ENERGY?
Lavender also reduces anxiety and eases stress so it offers support for restful sleep,
-
Ylang Ylang
It reduces anxiety, relaxes muscles and quiets the mind. Most important for a good nights sleep!
-
Orange
Orange is another oil that reduces anxiety, supports sleep and peace and calm.
-
Eucalyptus
Fantastic at helping to relieve respiratory issues.
Great on the pillow at night. Diffuse throughout the day.
I mentioned to you about reducing the chemical load in our houses and one way to do this simply is to combine essential oils and make your own cleaning products and personal care products. By doing this you are helping to rid your body of toxic overload and eliminate germs and bacteria in your homes.
Here’s an idea for a cleaning spray:
3oz water (90ml)
castile soap.
White vinegar
5 drops Peppermint
15 drops Lemon
15 drops Orange.
Add to a 4oz. Spray bottle (120ml) Shake well and spray.
Your house smells amazing.!!
