An excellent Oil with Awesome Uses


This oil is probably less known than many of the others like Lavender and Tea Tree. It has excellent benefits and uses other than a delicious seasoning in Thai cooking.
It’s healing power is inside its fibrous stalks.
It comes from the grass family and has a light lemony fresh smell with earthy undertones.




Its main compound is geranial. The compounds are knowN to have anti-fungal, insecticidal, antiseptic and anti-inflammatory uses.
Also known as Cymbopogon.
It grows in huge clumps up to 6 ft tall.




It is a native plant to warm and tropical regions like India, South East Asia.
It is a source of Vitamin A, B1, B2 B3 B5, B6 and C.
Minerals, magnesium, phosphorous, manganese, copper, potassium, calcium zinc and copper.



So what health benefits does it hold for you  

1. It is a muscle relaxant.

Alleviates abdominal muscles spasms Helps reduce pain and aches.

It works for muscles, tendons, ligaments.












2. Works well with back -aches, sprains and cramps.


3. Works with menstrual cramps.

2. If taking medication consult with your doctor before taking internally.
3. Do not use with very young children under 6 years,
4. May conflict with diabetic medication.
5. Test before using on face.
