A QUICK NOTE ABOUT OIL: BAOBAB
I
chose to include this oil my natural dry skin salve recipe for
several reasons. Not only is this versatile African carrier oil famed
for its emollient and moisturising skin care properties, but it’s
also absorbed quickly by skin so there is no greasy after feel.
Additionally, the presence of Omega 3, 6 and 9 fatty acids give
baobab oil some beneficial anti-inflammatory properties and help to
promote soft healthy skin.
