Burn Sculpt Restore
Many
of you will now have realized the importance of the Detox stage of our programme, which is currently
in Beta Mode and due to be launched very soon. We wait with anticipation!!! As
I know some of you do.
Today,
before I move on to the Burn Sculpt Restore part of our programme I am going to answer 3 of the most frequent questions
that you have been asking each week.
1.
Do I
have to weigh myself every day? NO.
Scales
do not determine your energy, blood sugar level or stop your
cravings. You only need to weigh yourself once per week NAKED. This way you are comparing
like with like each week.
Remember we are looking for INCH loss
and body sculpt.
2.
My weight loss is slowing down. Why?
In the first 2 weeks of your Detox programme
your body is getting rid of junk. Now it’s time to move burn and melt that fat.
It’s OK to lose 5lbs/kilos in the first two weeks but your body could not
sustain this loss on a regular basis. It is normal to lose 1bs.- 2 kilos. Some
weeks you may lose nothing. It is more
important is that your clothes start to feel and hang better. Maybe
your belt needs another notch to tighten it around you waste!!!!
We are looking for life experience
changes in the long term, inside and out.
3.
I’ve
lost my momentum. A bit bored.
This
also is quite a normal part of the process. So let’s address the issue.
Ask
yourself: What
is my big WHY for starting this programme?
Was
it to feel and look better and Thrive in your life and lifestyle?
Was it maybe
for health reasons?
Now take a look
at your food again and see how you can make it
more fun.
For example you can add herbs and spices, change your fruit and
vegetables. Look at some of our recipes that will be on offer on our website
and on Instagram very soon and even maybe Snapchat.
Change your exercise routine if
you can’t bear another day of the same 30 minutes regime. Look at the hundreds
of ways you can exercise your body. Can you find a new sport? Have your tried
Zumba, Yoga, Padel . The list is endless.
We are not meant to be on a diet!!!! That IS boring. Your exercise
routines should be enjoyable and varied.
We are creating a long term lifestyle not a diet.
