Gastric
Gut
A
personal testimonial
KEEP DRINKING THE WATER!!!
Then one day I had a really bad gastric tummy. Wake up call!
This is what I did
I grabbed my GINGER, FENNEL AND PEPPERMINT ESSENTIAL OILS.I diluted one drop of each oil with BIO coco nut oil and massaged into my stomach.
Within 10 minutes I had enormous relief and the diarrhoea and pain had stopped thanks to oils.
Ginger: Zingiber oficinale
Analgesic. Pain reliefReduces swelling
Relieves constipation and diarrhoea
Supports digestion.
Eases nausea.
It can even help with expelling GAS.
Fennel: Foeniculum vulgare
Fennel is known for its distinct licorice aroma and taste. It is also used to promote healthy digestion.
Expels excess gas and colic.
Relieves constipation and diarrhoea.
Analgesic (pain relief)
NB. Use this oil with caution and always dilute.
If you are on any medication then always check with your doctor first.
Pepperminti: Mentha piperita
Peppermint can claim the spotlight in many of your blends. It is one of my favourite oils to use for stomach troubles, nausea and indigestion.
An inhaler with peppermints can help ease digestion and relieve a headache at the same time.
Reduces swelling.
Supports digestion.
Helps to clear infections.
Analgesic (pain relief)
Expels excess gas.
That treated the symptoms but what was going on in my intestinal tract (GUT)?
This is what I did next.
-
I
started drinking Ginger Tea in the mornings.
-
Lemongrass
tea used as detoxification.
-
Drinking
homemade BONE
BROTH
on a daily basis. This cleans and heals the lining of the gut. It contains many essential minerals and amino acids.
This is simple and easy to make. I use it all the time for sauces and gravy.
So that’s it! I’m now a month down the line and no more problems.
A natural result!!
An Annecdote.
A close friend of mine had gastritis at the same time. She went straight to her doctor.
The doctor prescribed the medication for her symptoms.
She is now on antacids and still has no idea of what the cause is so no remedial action has been taken or suggested.
Please note that if your symptoms do not disappear and you continue to have gut problems then of course you must seek medical advice and ask for an investigation.
Here’s to your Happy Gut.
