Detox Ignite Thrive


Last week I said I would begin to break down into bite size pieces our weight management platform, how and why it works to help you achieve a thriving lifestyle.
So we are going to draw a line in the sand. We are going to change our mindset and stop Yo Yo diets.
I have a question for you: How would it be if there was a whole new targeted Holisitc Approach to LONG term weight management and health? A system that:
        ·       CURBS cravings
·       BURNS fat
       ·       BUILDS muscle
                                                   ·       OPENS  a pathway to heal and restore your                              body’s natural mechanisms.
                                              ·        SUPPORTS healthy blood sugar and cholesterol levels.
                                                  ·       NO more calorie counting and daily weighing                     BUT all over INCH loss.

It is possible to achieve your Lifestyle Goals and there are 3 phases to achieving this.

1.Detox  2. Ignite  3. Thrive




Let’s begin with DETOX. Not something that is often addressed or liked so it gets dismissed BUT in order to change your body we need to flush it out.

1.    CUT out foods that cause inflammation. I will upload a list on my Facebook site
In this phase cut out exercise. Yes, really! Can cause more inflammation. Light walking is OK for the next couple of weeks.


2.    CLEAN OUT your digestive system. Start eating healthily, not cardboard food, fast food or diet foods. We will be provide hosts of recipes. Some will be 10 minutes to prepare others will be gourmet.
After your 2 week detox period you will not be craving the bad foods anymore.

N.B. It is important to eat a meal every 3 hours. Full details will be explained.


3.    FLUSH OUT excess toxins. Sound terrible? No it’s easy with water!
Females drink 8-12 glasses of water each day.
Males drink 12-16 glasses of water each day.

I did say FLUSH OUT!

Think of it like this. It’s like taking your car to the garage for an oil change but not changing the filter. Only doing half the job.

Now, after 2 weeks you will be ready to move forward with great food, variety of recipes, exercise routines to suit you and support online.

You will be part of a community moving forward and locking arms with each other. Watch this space for release details!
