How many
times have you rushed out and bought the latest book on dieting or the newest
products only to find 3 months down the line you are nearly back to normal?
Another New Year resolution up the chimney!!!
Obesity is
now a worldwide epidemic and leads to high cholesterol, diabetes, heart
problems and even cancer. Many people, have sedentary jobs, especially if they
work on the Internet or in an office environment.
Let’s look
at a scientific way of addressing the long term resolution, without a diet or
fad foods. First we need to re-programme and kick start your metabolism. How?
For things to change you have to change or you will get the same results.
First let’s
talk about only a 1% shift in your MINDSET.

· Consistency INSPIRES confidence.

First YOU must get started.
It is important to understand that our bodies go through certain
mechanisms which are not of our making. The rates of these mechanisms also
change as we age and are different for men and women.

There will be no more calorie counting or weighing yourself every day. We
will rather look at burning fat and losing INCHES.
So step ONE, go and get your blood sugar level tested and see if it is
stable. It should not be less that 80 or more than 120.
Our aim is to release the fat and turn into muscle. We need the fat to
burn as energy and help your metabolism work faster.
There are 3 main areas that we must examine when considering a weight
loss programme. It is important to follow the system to obtain the results you
