Step 4 Success= Follow Through

Step 4. Success=Follow Through

We have now gone through the first 3 steps of the process: Make list, Invite, Show the plan and now….Follow through.
Now bring it all together. Like a game of golf…. Drive and follow through the ball, Tennis…… hit the ball and follow the stroke through. You have spent time and energy so far to get to this last part of the process. We all need to practice even though at time we may feel a bit silly. You can’t learn tennis or golf by just watching or learning on the internet. You have to get out there and just Do It! First you learn it and then teach it.





Review what was said to your prospects 24-48 hours earlier. E.g. ‘If I could show you a way to reach your dreams’ or  ‘If this could get you your dream…… would you?’ Repeat back to them what they told you about their dreams.

This is where the rubber meets the road.

Stop and use your LISTENING SKILLS. This is where they will give you their objections; you will see their personal self image and inhibitions. Be empathetic and not combative. Maintain your posture and confidence.
Get their BUTS out of the way.  We really like ‘BUT’, what are they really saying?

Ø Time. Not enough. Repeat back what they told you. They are saying they don’t want to WASTE time. Neither do you. Where will they be in 5 years if they continue to make time for things that don’t get them what they want?

STOP TALKING

Ø Can’t afford it. Repeat back what they told you. Do something now or you won’t afford anything in a few years time.

Ø Not my Personality. Don’t like sales. Repeat back what they told you. Then tell them you are there to help and ask the question: ‘Have you ever been to a super movie and told someone about it? ……. ‘Did you get paid for referring the movie?’ We get paid for referring our products.

Ø Pyramid thing.  ‘I don’t like it.’  Response ‘Me neither.’ ‘I am helping you do this and I would not be doing anything illegal.’

Ø Pushy. Nobody likes a pushy person. Ask them who they know and explain it’s about who they know and can refer not about who they know.

Ø Tried something similar but it didn’t work. Ask a question e.g. ‘did you have many dates or girlfriends before ….? You were looking for the RIGHT person.

Ø A Friend tried. He said it didn’t work. This is a bit like people who start a diet and never finish. ‘Do not get to the end of your lives with dreams that you have not accomplished because your friend said so. Don’t let their decisions impact on you.

Ø I just don’t know what to do. People are told what to do all through their lives and then wonder why they can’t make a decision. I felt the same at first. Ask them to give you a SEASON (one year) of their time with their highest effort and you will work with them.

Ø Remember 3 way calls with your sponsor, meetings and events.

Ø Finally: LET’S DO THIS TOGETHER! Encourage them!
